By using this site you are confirming that you have read the terms and conditions and are happy to agree with them. If you do not agree with the the terms and conditions please do NOT register as a member as by submitting the form for registration, by default you are agreeing with them.
The following terms must be complied with on this site at all times, failure you to do so may result in your account being suspended (where applicable) or you may even find yourself banned from the site altogether. The final decision will be made by the site administrator.
Users.
- Please do not harrass, threaten, abuse, bully another user on this site, it will not be tolerated! If you feel you have been threatened or are not happy with the conduct of another member, please bring it to my attention immediately using the means provided on the website.
- Keep your language clean! I appreciate you may be passionate about the subject matter but there is no excuse for using foul language on a public website. Please bear in mind your language may offend others.
- I reserve the right to restrict, remove or even ban a user at any given time after I have investigated and feel has breached the terms and conditions.
Photographs.
- If you choose to upload an image to this website, you must be the legal owner or have written permission allowing you to upload the image and for it to be displayed.
- Please do NOT upload any offensive images, including but not limited to; pornography, violence, drugs. This is a family rated site and any offensive images will be removed and the uploader will receive a conduct warning for each image posted, three strikes and your out!
- All images uploaded will be watermarked during the upload process. This for your benefit to help prevent visitors from stealing your images and posting them elsewhere.
- By uploading an image to this website, you grant me permission to use that image elsewhere. IE: I may post your photo to our twitter feed or facebook wall. In the event that I do use your image I shall credit you as the owner with your name located as close to the image as possible.
User Comments.
- Please do not abuse the comment system by repeatedly posting nonsensicle comments.
- Keep your comments clean. Including but not limited to; foul language, hatred, degradation, harrassment.
Conclusion.
In the best interest of the website, I reserve the right to add to, remove from or amend these existing terms and conditions at any given time without prior notice. This website should be a place for all users to enjoy regardless of race, colour, creed, sexual preference, gender, religious views. If you witness anything untoward please bring it to my attention at your earliest convenience and I shall endevour to rectify the situation as soon as possible. My decision on all matters will be final.
